Action: Unlock

You have problem with drivers.
Also, i'am already answered you but seems you not have time to read.
Phones with last revision will not allow unlock in meta mode, need to perform unlock in flash mode.

But....posible when you will get error unlock in meta mode, you will make another thread again and finally you will read my repply.

drivers ? I can use this driver to unlock other mtks phone

Read please my answer once again.
And select in exe flash mode(second setting) instead of meta mode.

About drivers for meta mode, try to clean little your ports amd make lower port number.
Also check if driver vid and pid is registered correctly in windows driver store.
With drivers problem i'am really can't help you remote.
This you must solve yourself.
But for this specific phone, you not need meta mode, try to read help in simlock tab with phone selected.

You make all really complicate, but here is just 1 button press.
