Start Software with Admin

and make sure only 1 of nck dongle software is open only, do not try and open 2 exes same time.

Alcatel Easy Tool module neither opens.


not open, modules that use COM ports.

it is highly impossible for it to work for all users and 1 not, don t you think so?

check what are you doing wrong, use NCK Dongle Manual for help.

all our support team tested with thoer dongles and all ok, so how i can really assist with such problem if we all test and all ok with any problem, install all on a fresh windows and test again it must work, if 1 exe start all must start, it is simple either all work or none.

Proper install under Win7 64 bit

Uninstall existing NCK dongle sw.
Use ccleaner (can be free downloaded) to remove unnecessary junk files.
Install: Driver_setup_English_smart_card.zip -> Driver_setup_english.exe
Install: NCK Dongle Drivers.rar -> NCK Dongle x64 drivers.exe
Install: NCKDongleSetup6.5.exe

Don't need to install anything else. Run under Administrator rights, it should work!!!

I myself use NCK Dongle under win7 64 bit and works properly!!!

I ordered NCK dongle from ipmart, but not working.

All driver installed, but win7 not recognize intelligent card.
Device manager show list: SCR3310 smartcard reader and USB token holder only.
suppert.exe say Dongle not found....
I change smartcard reader (pkey CCID), same problem.
I tried 3 different computers, does not work.

How to solve this problem?

same here with my win7 but work ok with xp. see picture:

yes reseller problem, ipmart put card in bad reader, i put card in setool reader which is old mxkey tool reader and win7 works fine with it.

PKEY CCID reader compatible for NCK smartcard?

u tried and dont work ? ===> u know now answer, = no good, try diff reader
