qualcomm module ask for card update in main module
but main module not ask for card update

You must use right installer, you have nckdongle but you try to use nckbox installer.

downloaded again, nothing changed

I'am just checked, posible you make some error with files, try to check again.
Just downloaded installer from support using main module.
Also nckdongle module must give another error on using wrong card.
In your posted screenshot with error, this is not nckdongle module.
