regards this pid there is 2 firmwares 1 old = what u had, so code is wrong, and 1 is new which we give correct code for.

anyway we ll check on the old firmware to add as well in.

Please can u guide me how to obtain this file. Because i have x-760 in hand which
hang and want to format but i get this when i try to get boot info.

For zte X760 not need autorisation file.

Please select MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin as DA agent and download from support
firmware and select scatter file from firmware directory if you want flash phone.

If you want simply reset, select only DA file and chose first option in reset windows.

hello great team,please just of recent after your updates released i tried calculating codes for alcatel OT-255 and OT-355 but d codes generated is not accepted by the phone,please help look into this issue.thanks my dongle id is 00000xxxx

can you provide more info and log , because the way you reporting is not helpful. OT255 and OT355 tested many many times. so post full info in order to assists you what maybe wrong.

Hi there if i havent said b4 great work with nck dongle truly is really is good keep up the good work.

the problem is i am currently using version 1.9.9.
when i click on support the latest 2.0.1.exe file isnt in the support area can you please help me would appreciate thanks
