Use windows 10 for Huawei modules and if u have any issue post screenshots without it no one can help u

Actually it works perfectly fine in windows 7, I think it was server related. Thanks, and just one request, please can we have a guide on how to perform the procedures to downgrade? I have downgraded, repaired, but which file do I use to put the phone back to normal after? I have an honor 9 stf-al10 Chinese region, I used the downgrade file, then the repair file, but now I'm not sure what to do as I flashed the stf al10 China 7.0 ROM, but after I get a device in usb 1.0 mode. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

NCK DONGLE PRO HAS ISSUES ON MY SIDE.
I can't open any application because it needs update from main module, now the funny part is that every time I try to update it tells me to wait 48 hours. And now it's been more than three days. Whats becoming of NCK and their developers.
I always use this tool in the office but now NCK is really costing me a lot. Is there a final solution or am I already robbed and need to get a new tool for my workshop. I bought the dongle pro just 4 months back and when I do card info it tells me that am still activated. Please NCK TEAM work on your errors because it's costing us a lot.

Nckdongle cost same from begining, nothing changed in time.
Wait timer was introduced because some users instead of read error what exe give, continue to push button.

First 5 times you pushed button without even try to read what exe say.
This is not bug and we will not change nothing, just because of some guys what want to overload server pressing same button multiple times without any reason.

After wait time, instead of pressing again and again button, try to read what exe say.

there is an update to ultimate nck huawei but when i try to download it from the pop up notification it goes in a loop and does not download. is there a direct link to to download it? also, i do not see it on the support site nor the downloads page...

You must wait untill update will be uploaded and you will read about in update section.

I know that i have to wait for the update to be uploaded. But if the update is not ready, why is the app it self detecting that there is an update and giving the prompt to download the update?

Thumbs up unfortunately dongle expired

dear support team when i was abroad i purchased a nck dongle pro ,and as i wanted to check i intalled and check worked fine,unfortunately my purchase activated that same time,after when come back my country from abroad i could not use because of expiry,i know it is my misate lack of knowledge,is there anything that support team can help me
