i have payed a one year support nck dongle, to update my carte and use the last nck modules, when execute main module it ask for update,
when i try to update it give me error, i have disactivate anti virus, fire wall , stile same problem help me please

I am a reseller in Peru, a long time ago I bought a lot of nck pro dongles from the sharkgsm store, it turns out that I am having a lot of customer complaints, customers say that they cannot open the umt module, nck if it opens them well. I checked with umt and they told me that it is most likely an activation problem.

Please I need help, if you could check the serials and help me detect where the problem is.

these cards has been disabled the umt ??.

please, I also want to be a distributor of nck here in peru, thanks for your help

Hello please help
i activate my dongle for 01 Year on the 04 of January 2021 but today,it ask me for update dongle with nck dongle main software what i try to do but i receive this message:

Updating serial: 90400xxxx
conecting to server please wait
SERIAL: 90400xxxx
Performing update.
Update fail,please contact your reseller

what is the solution now?

Mostly this error come on incorrect pc date/time or active sniffer or debuger.
Check if this is ok, or try to update exe on other pc.

ok i will try on another computer but i already have too many try and now as me to wait 48h. how i will wait until 48h without work with my dongle?
