ZTE R252 Phone Code [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello!

What cable should I use for ZTE R252 in order to connect to software and reset user/phone code?
When I select in NCKBox software it says "No Device detected!".
When I connect phone with USB cable it recognizes an external drive and that's all.

How to conenct?

Search here in forum , you will find many posts about how to connect MTK phone.
Phone must be off, not on when you connect.

Hello!

Please assume I tried searching before posting new thread. I unlock MTK phones daily, and none of the methods work for this phone, hence I post my question. Can you be specific about ZTE R252 in particular?

First of all need some details about this phone.
What cpu have phone, what type of connector have?
If phone have micro usb then posible must work gw300 rj45 cable.

To connect with usb, you must put phone in boot mode.
boot mode meen need with phone off, to press one key and insert cable
If phone will start charging, is not ok, need to try next key.
If lcd remain black and in device manager show new com port, meen ok.
Remember this combination,reinsert battery and after try in exe.

Usually used keys:
*, #, menu, right soft key, left soft key, call button, stop call button, vol-, vol+.
Or simple with phone off insert usb cable(many mt6250).
But can be another combination also.
