hi,
can someone help me to reset user code for this set. i didn't find many info about it (i think is sc6531e). i know is not in list but maybe can someone will help.

User code you can reset it easy in diag mode performing factory reset.
In diag mode not need to select any model.
Or read it in flash mode, selecting sc6531e as cpu.
sc6531e is supported by unisoc module.

thx for u answer, but i already try to put in diag mode but no luck
Start Detect phone.
Diag mode 1:
With powered off phone, insert usb cable
Detected: SPRD U2S Diag (COM3)
Port opened ok.
Using connection mode 1
Error untill swithing to diag.
Done.

Diag mode 2:
Start Detect phone.
With powered off phone, insert usb cable
Detected: SPRD U2S Diag (COM3)
Error Open Port.
Done.

Start Detect phone.
With powered off phone, insert usb cable
Detected: SCI USB2Serial (COM3)
Error Open Port.
Done.

can be a driver problem?

If phone have sc6531 cpu, diag mode will not work.
But if phone have sc6531e cpu, diag mode must work, was tested on many phones.
First connect phone and after perform needed opperation.

Aditionally you can read userlock in flash mode, it will work for buth sc6531 and sc6531e.
If phone have sc6531 cpu you can perform factory reset in flash mode.
In diag mode not need to press any key, with phone off insert cable when phone ask.
For flash mode, will need to press boot key before connecting.

how can i find what cpu have? this is a strange set, when i chek imei is say that is another phone. info is very poor. i opened but have shild over cpu and customer wasn't agree to remove. set power on but have user code.

Phone with sc6531e cpu should connect in diag mode without any problem.
Can be also sc7701, sc7702, sc7703, sc6530, sc6531 this cpu's was also used for key phones.

If phone not allow connecting in diag mode with user code enabled it can have sc6530 or sc6531 cpu inside.. possible.
In this case only flash mode can help you, but you must find right boot key to boot phone.

More, really can't help you, you must do R@D to solve this problem
