Trying to unlock huawei 1731 modem

Facing this challenge when trying to unlock the above mentioned modem but failing to see the nck code the application reads the modem but cannot keep the log. Is there anyway l can look my log for the above mentioned modem. Kindly educate me on that

Log is saved to {log_directory)\exe_logs
log_directory is directory what is set by default in user documents, or if you modify it, is location what you set.
You can see this in settings tab.

Also, when you calculate code, exe give you exactly filename and directory of this log.
Not understand where is problem, is font too small for you?
Or exists another problem?

I have checked in my documents folder exist but no log did a screenshot l can see the image.when reading the modem it reads nicely problem it doesn't stay put on desktop it just disappear.

I'am just checked this, and all is ok.
If antivirus protect you my documents folder you can change backup directory to other read/write location or modify antivirus settings.
Really not understand where is your problem.

How to input the code as the moderm doesn't ask for nck code it just shows locked insert the right sim card

Personal was using the read on the modems by cable to see the unlock codes
