Nck dongle main module error - GSM-Forum

How to solve this, i download another setup form support but same error.

When I open main module I get error

Code:

Access violation at adress FFFFFFFF. Read of address FFFFFFFF

Try on other pc, or check your pc.
Posible you have infected pc, or antivirus block exe in some way.

I do fresh install of windows, all exe are working well except main module. I tuned off windows defender and reinstall main module but no luck.

If exe work for all users, and for you exe not work we can deduct problem with your pc, not with exe, right?
Is very hard or almost imposible to guess what you do with your pc, so try on other pc.
This error meen, exe is modified or pc not allow to start exe.
