Vodafone Smart prime 6 VF895N firmware need and how to flash :confused:

You can download firmware from support.
You can flash this phone as any other qualcomm, from edl mode.
With phone off, keep vol- and vol+ pressed and insert usb cable.
After follow hints from phone screen.

hi phone not going edl mode...
only going fastboot.
vol + and _ keys are work...
any test point to go edl mode?

In this case, your phone have hardware problem.
Not exist testpoint to fix hardware damaged phone.

Phone is old, so try to dissasemble phone and check for water or other damages.
Also try to resolder flash ic, most posible bad contacts or damaged flash ic cause stuck on logo.

no windows 7 32bit work fine......
windows 10 not work 100%

Not need to confuse users, if you not know how to use some, this not meen it not work.

32 bit drivers will not work for 64 bit version of windows.
Need to use right drivers, according to your windows version.
In support you can find drivers for 32 and 64 version.
