If you need custom da and custom auth from all phones from this world, this meen many TB of data.
And every day come another phones what have another custom da and custom auth.
You need really big team to monitor every day all phones from all world and colect this data.

how to read or to get this in phone
how to determine which is da and auth and what is the extension files

Main propose of loader is to load in ram and boot phone in flash mode.
Try to google what meen bootloader, after will be more simple for you to understand.
In simple way, da loader not exist inside phone and is not posible to read from phone.
This file is send in phone by flashing tool to boot phone in download mode.
