this mean your phone have custom rom or rooted with third party software and make sure anti virus is disabled.

you can flash and try np, x10 and x8 related models can be unlocked regardless to version, and is tested by us so we know 10000% it works.

Reflash 2.1 stock fw (flashtool), and try again unlock. After unlock ok, reflash phone in Sony Update Service (back to the 2.3.3 fw) or flashtool.

Yes bro, if 2.3.3 fw during not finish unlock, downgrade 2.1, and unlock done.

ON 2.3.X phones, if stuck more then 1 min just remove, insert cable.
Download once again nckdongle installer , this bug was fixed, exploit used for root some times stuck when finish.
