Customers have been waiting for their phones to be ready!!!

please i need finaly answers as your said this service working fine. ok why it took much time to be done? i dont need to cancel orders that was not my target the only thing proof this can not done or it take 2 or 3 months then i will decide to cancel it. tyr to look other side,, what about refund to my customers? cause refunded credits is not directed to my bank account.
