iPhone "Unassigned Factory Default" Unlock - GSM-Forum

I think I have figured out how to unlock those AT&T units that are impossible to unlock because they are labelled "Unassigned Factory Default" when you check with a carrier checker.

Would someone mind giving me an IMEI with this that I can test it on?

That happened because someone installed SAM software on the iPhone right?

no it happened because there is no activation policy linked to IMEI, just need to assign to correct profile then unlock using that service

I beleive isn't easy and i don't know if this policy its from phone (hard or soft).
I open a new phone before some time and it can't activated from this case .
Of course i returned back and reply me that i receive it by wrong .
