I wILL recommend you Riff and GPG j tag both....If yOU hAVE enough work to do with j tag...As I have made such question too and all people has recommand me both

i got 1 cloned fully activated one for about 45€ incl. shipping from honkong!
its working like original, looks like original... all moduls working with it.. no difference between original and cloned one (exept the price)... :D

45 euros??? That is almost just the Virtex4 cost alone...

Did you open yours and found a Virtex4 inside?

no shure not... its a cloned jegger device..

Cloned Segger jlink are just few bucks HW with also the same price Atmel arm chip inside:

Ulink pro are a lot more expensive device and Virtex are well protected i think,with backup battery inside.If you will try to crack,you will lost config and by by expensive device.
In most cases jlink or riff are enough
