Member: 2563775 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Development of imbedded systems code to Link a GSM i am an engineering student, currently undertaking a "engineering design unit". As part of my project I am trying to develop a prototype motorbike lock system. The motorbike lock system consist of a disk brake + RFID + GSM + GPS + (imbedded systems) I am not too familiar with GSM's, but do know their purpose and such. I am looking for a GSM module which would be appropriate for my motorbike lock system, the purpose of it would be to send messages to my mobile phone if someone was to move/drive it away. The product also includes a GPS, so once the the location of the motorbike changes the GSM will send messages to my mobile to inform me that its currently in operation. ------------------------------------------------- So the RFID + GSM + GPS are all connected to the central system (imbedded systems), how should i also go about in developing a program code for the imbedded systems which links to the GSM in particular? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated! Any help would be appreciated, I am an engineering student so my scope of knowledge surrounding development design is limited. Thank you for taking the time to read this, thank you. Best regards, Tippani |
