Today i reversed ipic.exe and make source code by Borland C for it.
This can use like that
send (your client -> your server -> ipic server)
get (ipic server -> your server -> your client)
Like that you can make your Client and server based on ipic server to check iphone carrier status.
Anyone can convert to delphi, php or anything very easy
ipic source code and ipic exe attached.]

Why need reverse this code if have open source for it?

and about you situation i can tell you just one- Just G0D can see who is right or miss, do you like it or not, just need try be right any ways... (Russian gungsters telling "Бог не Яшка, видит кому тяжко..." and "Не плюй в колодец, вылетит- не поймаешь") All the things which telling you and VK now- is a right, but looking from opposite side of medal... about this things was need thinking little more then one year ago... now time already wasted... My suggestion to you- try solve it in peace way, any ways bad peace more better then good war... Try to belive to my experience, i has a real medals of honor and more others, belive me, in the war no have wrong or right, after fighting already started have just different sides... i think you understand who is me... My regards, same to opponents...
