Just use flashtool corresponding to your phone model and you will get contents unpacked.

check the other post bro,i m unable to unpack the .bin file to do the modification

Bin file , also called stone, in fact is container what contain files packed with modified lzma algo.
From what i'am know , in free not exist info about this modified packer.
Posible in chinese sites you can find some, not know.
Small sugestion, take some firmware elf file for this cpu, and load in ida.
This cpu load as ARM little endian.
If you want to play with resources, my sugestion is to find some phone what have inside SC6600 cpu.
In this phones, resources are in plain format.
SC6600 have big endian format firmware.
