Help to identify Armadillo version

Hello,

I need some help to correctly identify the version of Armadillo used in the file [link]RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting[/link]

So far I have managed to know that is used Armadillo v3.7 - v4.x but every different identifier program used gives different version (I have used PEiD, DiE, RDG)

Thanks for your help

Why do you need the exact version?
Do you have a valid Name and Key for this app?

Thanks for reply

Norberto_ thanks for your reply, I appreciate it!

I don't have name and Key for this app and thought to try and patch/crack it to see the contents...

So the idea was to bypass the Armadillo protection to get into the EXE to see complete and unlimited functionality, but for that I need to correctly identify version of protection used to better target the attack mode. It's also more a challenge for me rather than a real interest to crack the app itself...

Hope you may help me out

without name and key i cannot remove the armadillo.
but if you have a valid name and key for any other pc, it is possible to remove it.

This is correct information.

To unpack Armadillo, you must have first registered the SW with valid name and key.

In the past I spent many weeks trying to figure that problem, I would recommend you don't waste your time!

Hi again Norberto_ and Dave.W
I have just found in another PC a fully regged copy of exactly same app I have and from which I have dumped all registration data available to registry using TrialReset app.
By importing all of them into my registry, the app now shows that I have a correct license, just hardware is changed and the registration name is 123456789 (but registration key is unknown) because is shown by app itself and requires now the registration key.
Maybe the registry data will be of any help ?
In the meanwhile I have tested two wonderful apps: ArmaRaider and ArmadilloHWID_Changer by SH4DOVV but on both of them a valid user/key is still neccessary...
Your comments will be appreciated

Is there any utility to get HWID of that other PC hardware without having to break the existing registration ?
I know already that they may have used different settings for getting HWID, but I am giving a shot at it, maybe there's smth out on this...

Or maybe there's any chance to decrypt the registry keys so I may read the stored HWID, user and key ??? Am I dreaming ?

backup all keys from registry, copy to a safe place, delete all armadillo keys from registry, so now the original app will ask the user/key and will display the HWID.
and if you restore the keys the app will work again.
But if you don't know the user and the key all is useless. i don't know any app what decrypt the user/key from the reg, or the HWID.

Norberto_ thanks!
That was a good option for me to learn this PC HWID where is fully regged. But will try to get a working hwid/user/key combination first from a good friend of mine...
Thanks again
