I m using nokia 2112 cdma i used lots of software to backup my phone message but no one show or backup my message so that i resotre them to other phone plz help me plz. its very important message..............

Could it be that it is an Qualcomm/BREW device?

Try at first www.bitpim.org if u have access to EFS...
Normally SMS are stored in NVM folder.
If locked...

I have no expirience with Nokia... Need to Google if I'm right...

But if it is Qualcomm. You can also try to Backup EFS FULL. So you have all backup in 1 file and maybe 1 day...

its immposible with bitpim because 2112 is not Qualcomm chipset its from dct4 generation

sir but bitpim can't detect nokia 2112 cdma. i use many software like pc suite.logomanager and so on but no one can solve my problem . and other thing it show 490kb free memory in mobimb but we only store 90message and 10 tones any method or by flashing we utilize that memory..............

Try to use QMAT.

Go to COM/Port Tool under Hardware Forensics, Select "QC AT Mode" Tab
and click on "Read SMS".

As this one uses standard AT commands, it should work.

Or use any tty program and use AT+CMGR command. Google for it

sir actually i use mobileedit many time. but mobileedit can't connect nokia 2112 phone. may be its becoz it a cdma technology............

Stupid Questions

1. You are able to connect with any kind of Software/Tool?
Example. You were able to update or something in this case...

2. You know what AT Commands are? And how to enter? Because it is older Communication... and works normally with all handsets. Accept restrictions or manufacturer specific changes...

Again. I can't check it by my self. Nokia is not my "beloved" manufacturer...


But I know. That sometimes user not do what they should try. Or they have not understand correct.
