it is possibole to reset counter on bb5 phone before end of 5 attempt ?

I think you,ll find its 3 attempts .search forum for B-phreaks F1
that resets counter not sure how you go about it though.

Yes, you can
Just right RPL file in the phone.
You can use Federal one form the Nemesis team or Griffin server for calculating the RPL.
