SIM Application Toolkit
 

Hi!

I have a contact in a GSM operator and would like to show them an application (made by me) to put into a SIM card.
I have a smartcard reader, some software but one thing is lacking: the SIM Application Toolkit.
Could anyone tell me where I could find it? What companies sell it, etc?

Also, what will I need to ask the operator to test my application using a "live" card? CHV? Some other keys?
