if you havent make reset to the phone and reactivate the whatsapp at same device all msg are present.I have tested many times and 99% working

Bro if have Backup Then possible other wise not posssible

if you activate your number on your old device .you have more chances o recover it.

Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely to recover 6-month-old WhatsApp messages from a Samsung phone without a backup. Without backup files, the messages are typically not retrievable.
