where from do boxes supporter get flash files for there boxes????

i know that may seems odd but i really want to know something about that
it is something i did not understand !!!

do they pay to get it ???
to whom do they pay ????
is there somehow to get this files of the original company like NOKIA & SAMSUNG???

i want to know any info about that

we used to asked our box supporter to get a flash file for using it but sometimes he can not get it so that means he does not pay for it to get it from the mother company!!!!

sometimes a lot of people can get newer flashes than boxes have on there sites so from where !?

please if anyone got something about this odd question just answer here

Interesting issue being discussed here. I guess he is right. They acquire it by reading phones.....

for nokia and sony ericsson at least, product support flash files come from service partner websites..

i guess all others too

(maybe not motorola as they are a different format to original files)

that sound so bad for us as sometimes we wait for our box supporter to get us something but after long time we get nothing !!!

they have good friends within service that can supply passwords :)

in my previous emplyment, we recieved one DVD containing full service manual/schematic for ALL current phones. from friends on "the inside".

some things is not how much money you have, but what company you keep ;)

Usually depends on brands:

1. IF POPULAR BRAND: WE GET SUPPLIED WITH PASSWORDS OR PAY NICE INSIDERS TO GET ALL WE NEED FOR RESEARCH.

2. IF **** BRAND, TOO NEW FLASH AND NOT RELEASED, OR SUPPORTER IS POOR OR WITHOUT FRIENDS NEAR THEN FLASH READING IS DONE EITHER BY USING SPECIAL PHONE PROTOCOLS EITHER BY READING PHISICALLY THE FLASH CHIP (WHEN POSSIBLE)

so it is a hard work to get it but i think if the brand producer want to make it for puplic that will be like advertisment for his brand so all the market can buy this brand and change the languages inside it to be more sellable all around the world...
