What damage emmc chip ? - GSM-Forum

Hi
Why emmc chip get damaged/corrupted main reason ? How to care of it that not get damaged I have note 3 and before that I had s4 both of these got emmc issue now these are useless can't install firmware on it give err message while updating firmware someone told me these got emmc corupped

I think it is a common chip arhitectural problem. Maybe the production technology is immature. Heat is also a problem for EMMC chips, as i know many i9300 became dead while charging.

ATF and Z3X team show that emmc have internal firmware that got corrupted, after rewrite repair his software run again (samsung emmc).
