hi guys
i have a acer a500 hang on logo
hard reset not work this way
Power off the tablet.
Press and hold the Volume up button.
With the Volume up button held, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. ...
Once the tablet vibrates, switch the touch screen lock switch on and off repeatedly while still holding the Volume up button.
i try to update i download update zip
i put into sd but after andriod logo no instalation show
device stock on bootlop andriod pic
how can i start upgarde proces
or get rid of this problom

when i decrypt file and extract its not exract
good its give files crypt and yellow mark
plz can you tell me ho to derypt

br these files are not that version files that you have decrypt
and show in your pic
i try this file and after dycrpt and extrct
there is no file like you said zip update
i want that version upload which you use for your flashing
7.014 01041 203.01 com-gen this file
thes files you upload not work for flashing without decrypt and with decrypt
and plz show where is update zip after decrypt in you folder

just copy and update .... wait few

my device have no recovry mode is upgarde proces will auto start
in recovry mode my device show red mark andriod logo
plz guide
i need that soluation which start auto update with power and volume
without recovry mode

please check the thread again and carefully
i also posted decryped firmware to make easy
there is no way to make thread more easy read carefully
its not only easy but also very easy to update
