Blackberry 8330 8703e 7103e 8130 Esn/Meid Repair

Can you say me where can download that Blackberry OS?

I have a 8330m by mistake, trying to write i selected other reading, now when I read it only appears pESN and MEID is empty.
then read the memory now where is the pESN and gives me the same error as the others. fail to write.

Use this firmware for 8330m to downgrade and get ram access
for pEsn repair

I was able to read one. after placement in NAL. but when I read, it starts and percentage X says "out of range". I'm going to show.
