Something funny happened to me today with 2 8330m for some reason the meid got zeroed, is it possible to restore to meid? not to ESN

I have loaded reliance prl through qpst and do *228 call failed occurs. I have wiped the device with bbsak and have reloaded with 975/1030/1041 firmware but call failed occurs. Please advice

I have changed the esn of my 8330 sprint but now again i am changeing the esn it say failed can you plz help ak singh thank you
can you can the which os i use i have use so many i have reg cdma work shop 3.7 i have try wothout os also but say failed again
