Member: 19208 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | GDFS Address in T610 GDFS_NoBloksErase 000000F40000540036003100360000 <snipped> 000000F50000540036003100360000 <snipped> I read information about GDFS from Mr. SFlood and understand that "0000 00F4 0000 540036003100360000 <snipped>" aaaa bbbb cccc aaaa = 16bit block number bbbb = 16bit file number cccc = 16bit file offset (usually 0000) My question is very simple, how to locate the actual address in T610 GDFS to replace it? What does "aaaa bbbb cccc" means in the actual address? Thanks mates! |

Member: 47173 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | In .gdf files, physical addresses aren't used. Only logical addresses. Here's a briefer on how it works... think of blocks as folders and files as, well, files. All of the system files are located in block 0000. Hope this helps |
