I have purchased 20 credits to get my phone unlocked, it was tried once, the unlock failed, the person from their site said to me that it will be attempted this week again, i went to their site, talked to their person, and he told me that i would have to pay 5 credits to get it unlocked.

So far i have lost 20 credits on them, that is 20 euros and no phone has been unlocked and they want more money from again.

I would advise others to be carefull when paying them anything as you can loose your money even if your phone has not been unlocked
