in desperate need of help - just killed w810i with usb smart - GSM-Forum

I was trying to reset the 'total call time', using usbsmart version 8.6, when this happened-

Switch phone ON
Get phone info
Flash CID: 49
Phone KEY: A1_DB2010_49_RED
OTP CID: 49
Phone IMEI: 35906100688197
Flash ID: 2019
Switch phone ON
Write Flashloader CID49
Waiting to finish
Switch phone ON
ERROR: Phone not power up

Now the phone is completely dead. Please help me revive it, the person who owns it will have my balls if i return it to him like this.

Hi i have had this problem also

I solved it by flashing again with older firmware

i used W810R4CK003ZONE1STANDARD i think
