21. If this show "ERROR: Could not initialize GDFS access"
22. Then In Tab "Locks" Convert to Brown and Use Direct Unlock
23. Put it sim card and wait for few seconds the Please Wait will run for short while and your phone is ready to use.

I'm trying to follow your solution step by step.
but anytime i reach to GDFS flashing error...
I can not flash GDFS, could it be hardware problem in my case.

for me with cruiser:

1/ repair erom
2/ format GDSF ("KILL THE PHONE")
3/ write GDFS from support (using write arm button, select gdfs file)
4/ write main
5/ write fs
6/ convert to brown
7/ direct unlock
8/ in RSA tab, check only bandlock and CRC then ok it (not check format)
9/ convert to red
10/ customise FS

I tried 0000 & cruiser as password but no luck.

very strange problem ,,,i have the same probblem please wait ,after convert from k750i to w800 i worked with this phome more than one week with no luck hope someone will help uss

i got rid of the phone freezing at please wait i cjust checked rebuil sp and crcs and wala it was working again.

Still can't write GDFS file after changing color.
I solved the problem of please wait. phone is powering on normally now but no NETWORK

, is it something to do with software or hardware?
