K800 camera error (another aplication runing.....) - GSM-Forum

hi all,
k800 when camera opened, lcd displayed "another application is running.close it, and then start the camera"
anybody have solution.? share here pls

..........k610 with same problem "another application is running.close it, and then start the camera" .... 100% camera IC damaged tested on 3pcs.
