Modified DCU-11 cable by da vinci for phone unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello guys, i need to unlock my SE T310. Someone had played earlier with it and in the NCK menu (< * * <) there are 0 tries left, so when i try to enter any NCK code it will say "not allowed".

In the GSM shops in my country, such an unlock operation wold cost me about $10. I have recently come across an DCU-11 datacable. It costs about $12 in the local shops.

I have been searching the net many hours and found out that:

a) the "DIV" software can be used to read the NCK code AND RESET the nck counter.
b) the "DIV" software needs an "terminator dongle" or "t28 serial cable"(are they the same function?) to communicate with the phone.
c) the "DIV" software can unlock an unlimited nuber of phones, and i do not need to buy some kind of "credits" or "logs" (i dont understand what an credit or log is either).
d) the "DIV" software CAN NOT be used with normal DCU-11 datacable.

Then i found an guide on da vinci, to make DCU-11 into service cable. On the end of the guide there are images of some program but that one needs some login. I do not want that.

So my question is: Can i use davinci modified DCU-11 with "DIV", or any other software that would allow me to read NCK and RESET the NCK counter on an infinite nuber of phones?

So, if i modify my DCU-11 original datacable into service calbe, is this modified cable identical to for example terminator dongle? can they be used for the same things? (maybe i would also like to flash the newest software and debrand my T310).

Can is use modified DCU-11 cable by DAVINCI (http://www.davinciteam.com/manual-ca....comcable.html) to unlock my SE T-310??(it also has 0 tries left on NCK)

Sure, but why dont you just use cracked sonicsbox, cracked setool or cracked usbsmart 3.3/5.0 to unlock it?

The t28 serial cable the cheapest solution to unlock the old t310. Use semctool.(Don't use direct unlock)Try read codes.
