Member: 410070 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello everyone, I'm new here and also new to this phone unlocking stuff I have a problem with SEtool 3 and the SE Z500a 1. I bought the SETool BOX 3 on eBay 2. I have downloaded the SEtool program version v0.914037 (most current version) 3. After install the software it detected the CARD SERIAL number as show  4. First, I click on the "Identify" button 5. Then, it asking me (Hold "C" and insert USB cable!) and just hang in there  Please help me, I don't know what did I do wrong - I'm using SETOOL BOX SET68 cable - "C" is that the "C" button on the phone? - When I do that is the phone have to be OFF or ON? - Do I need to put the SIM in or not? If yes, which SIM? the correct one or the wrong one? - Do I need any other hardware or just my PC and and the SE TOOL BOX 3? - "Insert USB cable", what USB cable the program refer to? The SE T68 cable is one end to the phone connector and the other end is RJ45 connect to the BOX? - I'm using DELL laptop with AMD CPU, is that a problem? - Do I need to setting anything with the SETool software?
