the problem with setool when ur OS is crashd or u hav to format again u looooose the activation u hav to buy again!!

yes, just repaired 3 k700i dead phone, works perfect !!!!but i wonder why it doesnt work on win98se only in win xp???

man if your O.S crashed you can take another activation for setool
there is no problem in this case

but must you have same s\n for your box
