i have to explain that I am just translating and sharing the info i read in theier website, I know that this team is trusble and serious guys.
Now I can confirme that a solution for all db2020 is a fact and it is existing, at least here in Sweden.

for 55euro+shipping you can send your phone for unlocking. the phone need to be flashed and in order to unlock it and you will receive it de-branded. that what I can tell. personally i find the price very expensive, i would never pay that kind of money for unlocking my phone.

Better buy the phone unlocked from the get go! The price difference between locked and unlocked is often less the 30euro here in sweden.
