P800 Strange Fault
 

P800 when power on blinking with white lights. Means lights on-off frequently many times. I flashes it but results same.

got this p800, it fell down and since then it will only power and starts to blink continiously, cant also go off. any link to what i should do, i have tried flashing but its the same.
