I cant turn off bluetooth signal on this phone....its always show BT connection logo on display...how knows how it makes?

may be this : Symbian 7.0.....

i dont know how to see software vercion....tell me if you know

Of course it is Symbian 7.0, but I've meant the CXC162001 and CXC162002 versions. The newest are R1F01 and R1D. Try searching in the menus.

Did you try to switch off BT?

Control panel -> Connections -> Bluetooth -> Operation mode -> off

yep i tried it....not work...
I make it Reset factory Defaults...and it is ok....but infared port is not turn on now....s**t....
i turn on it but when i back it stay turn off
