K750i Wont Switch Off, And Some Buttons Dont Work - GSM-Forum

Hi, i have a k750i that will switch on, but wont switch off, and also the top 3 buttons on the key pad do not work either. I have tried a different keyboard/membrane and the top 3 buttons still do not work, so im guesing it may be a software fault? All the phone's other functions seem to work perfectly. What do you think needs to be done to fix it? Would flashing it or upgrading the software work? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
