with setool2 , is ok to unlock,faster and stable,works fine for this model

Yepp, setool2 cracked and a cruiser cable will do the job.

However, cracked software is always a gamble to use.

Where have you read/heard that you can unlock SE by imei?

You read out the unlock codes, or do a direct unlock, with the program, but there is no code by imei out...
