T68i hangs up, doesn't fully write ARM, help!

    Hello!

Please anybody tell me, why my T68i hangs up when I enter the Hot keys menu?

Div 6.1 writes an error on 72% writting ARM (modem flash).

It also hangs up when enters WAP menu, but this possibly because ARM is not completely written.

All cables and connectors are ok. Software is ok too.

    Help, please!

    Exclamation

Of cource my cable is ok, and all with connectors and connection is ok.

AVR and GDFS are written successfully. And we make many Ericsson, everything was ok, but only two of them have so strange bug.

So, we even don't know what to do.

    So, one's more question.

Does everybody knows where to get mainboard layout for T68i?
Where is flash there? Is AVR and ARM flashes are in one chip?

    Hiya

It is not bug in Your phone...

ARM chip is broken or bad soldered. Try to reflow it with hot air, but be extremely careful !

    Solved!!! Solved!!!

    Thanks to all!

The problem was not in Ericsson ARM chip as it seem, but lightly unsoldered Intel Flash Chip.

We warmed it with rework station (200 deg.), then reflashed ARM with KIMA and the phone works good!!!
