T630 freeze and can't write modem - GSM-Forum

hello to all
i have one t630 when i flash it for change language he stop in writing modem
and give this message error

Connect to phone
Check if RSA is active
Bypass boot authority
Initialize boot
Load data for flash
Upload ARM: "T630_Modem_Standard_R4C003_d.arm"
ERROR: 003605
i test with usb smart+ufs3+div and no success

please Connect Cable to Switched-Off Mobile

i have same problem here but i think the solution is that the mcu file version must be the same with the modem

but no solution error writing modem

Change Modem FLash chip and then flash it
