flash problem lg A290 - GSM-Forum

Hi all i'm trying to flash lgA290 with lgtool but witthout succes.
Here are logLGE Tool version: 2.20 OS Version: Windows XP [NT 5.1] Service Pack 3
Administrative privileges: yes
Locale: France / French
CPU frequency: 2194 MHz
Total memory: 1915 MB
Free memory: 952 MB
Free space on system disk D:\: 40.00 GB
Free space on disk C:\: 112.00 GB
Connecting with A290
Reconnect battery and connect cable to the phone
Phone found
sending loader
Changing baudrate...
Connected
Receiving phone info
Checking security area
Protocol: Flash reading failed

Reconnect battery and connect cable to the phone

this upper log is when i click on "CONNECT" to connect phone to box.

This log DOWN is when i select firmware and click on "FIRMWARE"
Here is logFlashing firmware from D:/Documents and Settings/USER/Bureau/lg flash files/LG A290/BIN_LGA290AT-00-V10e-AME-XX-NOV-07-2012+0.sbf
Flashing partition 1
Protocol: Flash writing failed

is it not probleme with flash it is a probleme hardware "motherboard
