My hand set Karbonn A9* is only displaying Karbonn A9* and further not opening. What is the reason? Is it hanged? Is it requires new software to be downloaded? Can I download it and fix the problem/

first try flash karbon k9 file i think your prob. is solve.....

I bought Karbonn A9+ one year back. Since 2 months that is not in working condition. Karbonn service center people is telling that circute board should be replaced. We agreed and ready to give the money for that. But that people are not ready to do it. And telling that circute boards are not manufacturing and it is not possible

. Just 1 year back i have paid 9950/- Rs for that and now this people are telling that even a small service is also not available. What to do?? Any suggetions. My Contact No is XXXXXXXXXX
