ZTE N799D white screen of death - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

ZTe 799d stuck on white screen of death, fastboot and adb working but it shows only the white screen.
It shows the white screen even when I try to enter into recovery.

Kindly provide any solution for that.
If someone has original firmware files for this modem kindly provide me.

ok I will..
But I'm too looking for phone-apk and phone-odex located in system /app / as I've got locked to MTS due to previous firmware update. as soon as I'll get it, I'll post your required file too..

Actually you need (recovery .img) of n799d which will solve your problem. And a (recovery. img) can be backup easily by RASHR app on a rooted phone.

I have the required .img file. But I need at least 10 comment to post both required files.
