but once u use given flash file, u cant flash again , bcz the flash bin is reliance bin.

now we need another flasher which can flash reliance software.

This solution works only on the old ver not on the new version.

zte c1602 user lock how to remove pls any solution

here unlock by hand-
click on sos- dial*987*0# - clear user data and then restart phone ok

hi brother do you have unlocking method for zte c s191 flash tool or unlock too user forgot passwprd now the handset accepts only one sim card
