huawei y20-u22 bootloop - GSM-Forum

hi everyone, i have huawei y520-u22 and it stuck on huawei logo when powering it on, i tried to hard reset it manually but i get an error when wiping data it says "error: can't get phone encrypt state" also i tried to flash it with sp flash tool but nothing changed, so i really need your help thanks in advance.

You can flashed it with dload update.app
By pressing both keys
Other wise the problem look likes mmc corrupted

i tried to apply update from sd card but it abort before finish,then what to do if mmc corrupted?

It's hardware fault nothing in my mind
