i have a HUAWEI P SMART 2019 POT-LX1 mic is not working no recording no calls sound any one knows how to ?

when i connect earphones by bluetooth i can talk and all is working fine...

Same problem, I change charge connector, flex but same problem. FPC is correctly soldering. Any ideas please.
